Welcome to TrueCab. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application, website, and services. By accessing or using TrueCab, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
You must be at least 18 years old to use TrueCab services.
By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete.
Users are required to register using a valid phone number and may be asked for additional details.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
TrueCab is not liable for unauthorized use of your account.
TrueCab allows you to book rides from verified drivers via the app.
Users must behave respectfully towards drivers and other passengers.
Misuse of the platform (e.g., false bookings, harassment, or abuse) will result in account suspension or termination.
All drivers are background-verified and trained.
Drivers must comply with traffic laws and ensure safety and hygiene during rides.
If you experience misconduct or unsafe behavior, report it immediately via our app or support channels.
Fares are calculated based on distance, time, and selected vehicle type.
Users will be shown the estimated fare before confirming the ride.
Payments can be made through cash, wallet, or integrated digital payment options.
Surge pricing may apply during peak hours or special conditions.
You may cancel a ride before the driver arrives, but cancellation charges may apply after a certain grace period.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations may affect your future booking privileges.
Refunds for failed payments or disputes will be processed as per our refund policy.
For optimal service, you must allow the app to access your real-time GPS location.
Inaccurate location data may result in booking errors, for which TrueCab is not responsible.
All content, logos, and software are the intellectual property of TrueCab.
You may not reproduce, copy, or exploit any part of the service without prior written permission.
TrueCab is not liable for:
Delays or ride cancellations due to external factors (traffic, weather, etc.)
Personal items left in the vehicle
Disputes between users and drivers (although we may assist in resolving them)
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform.
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts in Patna, Bihar.
We may update these Terms from time to time. You will be notified of changes via the app or website. Continued use of the service constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
